With Wing Tsun kids can free themselves from aggressions without getting anyone hurt and at the same time in a way of sportive activities. By this rudimentary motoric attributes like dexterity,
swiftness, power and conditioning are improved and the self confidence is increased. Apart from that the intensive Wing Tsun training builts up the concentration focus and educates the feeling for the own body.
Wing Tsun is particularly suitable for kids as the optimum self defence because unlike other martial art sports it is not structured in several weight categories. Because for effective self defence it is to realize that the really dangerous opponents for kids are most of times grown ups that are stronger and heavier than ourn kids.
