original demand is fulfilled. In the professional field it is brought from outside sometimes also from within oneself that the environment for the tranference of knowledge must so high-class that the costs are dragging everything away. This must not be the case!
Particularly in Wing Tsun/Escrima there are simple and easy solutions to make the tranference of these arts possible. Small structures that can develop themselves are the solid basis for a professional side job activity that in addition to a normal job or part
time job is much more feasible and secures two standstones at the same time. Many Wing Tsun/ Escrima veterans started their activity in their cellar, living room, in the winter garden or similar places and built constantly everything up until today what they have reached.
Not high-class training halls represent the quality of the instructions but only the instructors themselves do!
What is now the alternative concept of the IUEWT?
The objective of the IUEWT is to built up a big association of professional part time instructors that will be able even only shortly after they start their teaching activity to reach a successful level. Full time instructors have of course the same status and receive the same support but
the association does not take any responsability for the failures because the full professional made his decision himself.
The calculation of the IUEWT for the professional part time time instructor is quite simple: rental costs low or almost zero if a location is availabe from private backgrounds, liscencing fees for the IUEWT at first from the tenth inscribed IUEWT member or latest after one year, a starter package for the internet will be provided by the IUEWT free of charge, as well as free of charge promotion layouts, that can be taken be everyone individually to have them printed according to their own budget. Furthermore the IUEWT offers a high quality instruction that is according to the present as well as to future market demands.
Summarizing it is to be noted:: The massive cost factors of the above calculation for a full time professional like, rent, side costs, health insurance, pension scheme, salary, etc. do not weigh, because a regular income from a normal profession is there. A question that should not remain unanswered is: Why is a new association nessecary? This question is not to be answered by us but this answer must be evolved by everyone self. There are persons who solitary want to teach after their own gusto and do not want to subdue themselves to any regulation that they interpret as a reproach. This results from personal experiences where they could not present themselves in an association as freely as they wished and by this do turn any affiliation down. This is well their right to make this decision. The IUEWT as well as other associations is a union of people. As their basis for a success-orientated teamwork of all members we do live the greatest transperancy practise possible. That conflicts may arise should be more than obvious.
Everyone who joins the IUEWT should do this by his own free will as well the IUEWT does not accept every applicant - as a member of the instructors teamship - nessecarily without a formal personal interview.
